The Final BER for your new build is required upon completion of the dwelling.

It is now illegal to advertise a property for sale or rent without a BER certificate. This applies to advertisements in newspaper, brochure, leaflet, advertising notice, radio, television, internet advertisements and direct mail. Discounts now available for Multiple houses or on contract basis. AE Solutions provide BER assessments for existing houses for sale or rent.

Home energy audits:
